Destiny Worlds 3D Realm Installer Update  (July 2009)
An update to the Destiny Worlds Client 3.0 has been released (This is a client software update only).  This update will resolve connectivity issues with an existing installation if you have the 3D Realm installed on your PC.

Download and Run this update by Clicking Here

If you own a Private Destiny Worlds 3D Realm World, please submit a Support Request to Technical Support and an updated installer will be created for you.  Please be sure to include your World Name and/or an order number with your submission.

Accessing Your E-mail and WebMail Service 
If you have an ItsYourNet.com E-Mail Address:

All other E-Mail Addresses (Hosting Customers & Resellers):

Replace [yourdomain] shown above with your own Domain Name associated with your hosting account.

If you are NOT able to pull your e-mail using your PC's mail program, log in to the appropriate WebMail link above first using full e-mail address, log out, then try again.  If still unsuccessful submit a Support Request to Technical Support.

Verify your E-mail client is using the following configuration:
  - Your full E-mail address for account login
  - Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server set for "mail.[yourdomain].com
  - SMTP Outgoing Server requires authentication
  - SMTP Outgoing Server Port 25 for sending

* These options are preferred URLs to use and can bypass most Corporate firewalls.
