You can start finding small to medium sized (mom and pop) dialup ISPs (Internet Service Providers) in your local Yellow Pages telephone directory, or, North America-wide online at YellowPages.com, and by simply doing a search for "Dialup Internet Service" through Google.com or other popular search sites.
Once you find some dialup ISPs, there is a pre-written letter for you to mail to them located in the ItsYourNet Affiliate back-office area.
